About Seneca


Hello! I'm Seneca
I am a wife and mom of 3 as well as a former professional dancer with Odyssey Dance Theater. I have taught dance for over 16 years and have always loved coaching dancers.
Throughout my journey of motherhood and working with Taryn Neves in her Gentle Warrior Coaching program I found that I had more gifts to offer as a dancer and teacher.
As a dancer, I have had to learn the hard way about how to take care of myself. To keep up with the demands as a dancer you have to nourish your body correctly and also restore and stretch your muscles after exercise. I didn't always do the best at this as a dancer and my health suffered because of it. I am now incredibly passionate about nutrition and movement specifically in the way we were designed to move and eat.
I have designed my classes and wellness programs to help guide you back to the simplicity of life and feeling good.
Our bodies are designed to MOVE and through dancing, moving and stretching you will start to feel more alive and have more energy. Eating nourishing food from the earth is the best medicine we can give our bodies daily and i'm ready to show you how simple and beautiful nutrition can be.
